My Strategy, CX Design & Research Work

While my work at Bain is both exciting and impactful, confidentiality prevents me from sharing specific details. However, I’m always eager to discuss my approach, thought process, and the diverse methods I’ve used to drive results.

My Approach

#1 - Working With Ambiguity

I see ambiguity as a space for discovery—an invitation to explore, question, and rethink possibilities. It’s in this uncertain space that true innovation happens. My process begins with deep exploration—workshopping, brainstorming, and capturing ideas that may seem random but often spark unexpected connections. By embracing the unknown with curiosity and openness, I uncover insights that shape more meaningful, holistic design solutions, turning uncertainty into a powerful driver of innovation.

#2 - Don’t Stop at First Solution

I love questioning assumptions and exploring ideas beyond the obvious. Ideation, for me, is about generating as many possibilities as possible, pushing past instinctive solutions, and uncovering unconventional insights. I believe in iterating and scrutinizing options by looking at them from new perspectives, putting work out there for reviews, or simply chatting over with colleagues.

#3 - Systematic Thinking

I value systematic thinking as a foundation for iteration and evaluation, ensuring every concept is intentional and well-structured. It shapes information hierarchy, and the overall user experience narrative. My interest in latest technical trends has deepened my understanding of the dynamic relationship between design and technology—both influencing and shaping each other within a larger system. Through continuous evaluation and refinement, this structured approach leads to more informed, effective design decisions.

#4 - Research

I believe a compelling design is rooted in the deep empathy of users and a clear understanding of cultural expectations. This shapes my approach to every challenge I face, big or small. It also motivates me to explore and design research creatively and constantly challenges my assumptions along the way.

#5 - Storytelling

For me, storytelling is more than just a way to engage—it’s how we make sense of complexity and create deeper connections. It helps piece together fragmented ideas, giving structure and meaning to a project. I see it as a strategic tool that not only draws people in but also makes knowledge more accessible, sparking understanding and learning in a way that facts alone cannot.
